You all really enjoyed our two Beet flavors this week, so I thought I would collect some info on them for you to enjoy…This is a bit technical, but I am a technical kind of guy!

They are also abundant in phytochemical compounds such as anthocyanins, carotenoids, lutein/zeaxanthin, glycine, and betaine.
